摘　　要：将山梨酸、偏重亚硫酸钾、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)颗粒经共混造粒制成高浓度母粒,再与LDPE共混后流延制得共混薄膜,对薄膜进行力学性能、透气性能、透光性能以及抗菌性能测试。结果表明:随着高浓度母粒用量的增加,共混薄膜断裂拉伸应变降低,透光性、雾度的变化不明显,透气性、抗菌性能显著提高,拉伸强度出现先增加后降低的波动趋势,高浓度母粒含量为0.5质量份时共混薄膜各方面性能最好,拉伸强度为16.9 MPa、抗菌率达95%以上。Master batch made from C6H8O2,K2S2O5 and low density polyethylene(LDPE)was added to LDPE resin to prepare blend film by blending and stretching.The effects of masterbatch content on the mechanical properties,gas permeability,optical properties and antimicrobial properties of films were studied.The results show that the elongation at break of the film is decreased,and the change of light transmittance and haze is not obvious,whereas the permeability and antibacterial properties of the film are increased.The tensile strength of the film increase and then falls with increasing mass fraction of the masterbatch to high concentration.LDPE/additive masterbatch in mass fraction of 0.5 is selected for fresh keeping package,the tensile strength of the film is 16.9 MPa,and the antibacterial rate is 95%.
