摘  要:以3,5-二溴水杨醛和4-乙基苯胺为底物通过溶剂热法合成新型希夫碱,用薄层色谱(TLC)法追踪反应过程,并用红外、紫外光谱及核磁共振谱图分析等进行结构表征。表征结果表明,合成产物结构与目标产物相一致。用纸片扩散法和DPPH法进行抑菌活性及抗氧化活性的研究。研究结果表明,新希夫碱具有良好的抑菌活性及一定的抗氧化能力。In this study,the schiff base was prepared by the 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde condensation with 4-ethylaniline through solvent-thermal method.The Synthesis of this reaction was monitored by TLC method.The structure of the Schiff base was characterized by means of IR,UV-UIS,13C NMR and 1H NMR spectral techniques.Result of characterization reveals that the synthesized compound is equivalent to the target product in structure.The compound was screened for antibacterial and antifungal activity by the diffusion agar technique.The antioxidant activity of synthesized compounds were further determined by DPPH(2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl)free radical assay.The research shows that the new Schiff base has great antimicrobial activity and possesses certainly antioxidant activity.
