高职学生体育素质养成教育的研究

摘　　要：对高职学生体育素质养成教育的内涵和心理学基础、背景、存在的问题和实践路径等方面进行了研究,旨在为高职学生养成良好的体育素质和体育课程改革提供理论和实践的依据。The cultivation of sports quality education is an important means and way to promote students’physical health and form the consciousness of lifelong physical exercise.In this paper,the author makes a study on the connotation and psychological basis,the necessity and the existing problems,the practical path of the cultivation of the students’physical education quality in higher vocational colleges.The aim of this paper is to provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of higher vocational college students to develop good physical quality and the reform of Physical Education Curriculum.
