摘　　要：基于黄炎培职教思想及办学实践对当代中国高职教育的内涵发展和人才培养所产生的重要影响,探讨了南京工业职业技术学院(文中简称南工院)秉承黄炎培办学理念,传承黄炎培职教思想,在立德树人、培养路径、课程设计、工学结合、国际合作等全方位进行的职业教育开拓实践。Mr.Huang Yanpei was a pioneer of modern vocational education in our country.His early vocational education thought and practice of running school are very important reference and guidance for the connotation development and talent training of Higher Vocational Education in contemporary China.This paper discusses NIIT’s adherence to Huang Yanpei’s educational philosophy,inheritance of his vocational education thought,and the comprehensive practice in the moral character cultivation,training approach,curriculum design,the combination of work and study,international cooperation and so on.
