摘　　要：《中国足球改革总体方案》把中国足球改革推向了前所未有的高度,作为足球运动的基石,校园足球迎来了最好的发展机遇。如何站在国家战略高度,本着对国家和人民高度负责的态度,置青少年足球举国推进于先发地位,创生校园足球改革与发展的全新促进机制,以足球强国梦催生中国梦早日实现,是摆在各级政府面前的重大课题。"Chinese football reform plan"put the Chinese football reform into an unprecedented height,as the cornerstone of football,school football ushered in the best opportunities for development.How to stand the national strategic level,in line with the state and the people highly responsible attitude,the whole country to promote youth football set in the starting position,creation of a new mechanism to promote reform and development of football on campus to the birth of Chinese football dream of a powerful early realization of a dream,It is placed in front of all levels of government a m ajor issue.
