高职院校监察机构管理职能的定位与发挥

摘　　要：本文基于高职院校监察机构与政府监察机关职能的异同,从管理学和实际操作层面阐述高职院校监察机构应以改革创新思维着重开展效能监察的职能定位,并提出了加强制度建设,促进监察机构管理职能发挥的思路。Thre are some similarities and differences between the functions of supervisory agencies in higher vocational colleges and thoses of supervisory agencies in governments at all levels.From the aspects of management and practical operation this article elaborates that the supervisory institutions of higher vocational colleges should focus on the function and effectiveness-orientated monitor in the reforming and innovative thinking,proposes strengthening the system,and promotes the management functions of the supervisory agencies.
