摘　　要："翻转课堂"教学模式对高校课程改革和教学改革影响极大,并对传统实训建设提出巨大挑战。笔者通过举例说明网络专业实训基地建设如何支持"翻转课堂"教学模式,分析教学环境、实训文化、实验设备研究方案。结合当前高职网络专业教学与研究,综合实训基地建设工作的必要性,探讨了实训基地建设的整体方案,并结合教学实践,提出了具体的实训室的功能、硬件和软件配置的建议。The"flipped classroom"teaching mode has great impact on the reform of curriculum and teaching reform in colleges and universities,and poses great challenges to the construction of traditional practical training.The author illustrates how to build the teaching mode of"flipped classroom"for network professional training base through examples,and analyzes teaching environment,training culture and experimental equipment research plan.Based on the current situation of higher vocational network teaching and the necessity of work-study integrated training base construction,this paper explores the overall formulation of training base construction,and combined with teaching practice,proposes suggestions for specific training room functions and software and hardware configuration.
