摘 要:以某皮卡车辆动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,针对车内振动噪声大的问题,对悬置系统进行优化设计。在多体动力学软件ADAMS中建立了系统的简化模型,计算其固有特性包括固有频率、解耦率及振型。结果表明,以动反力最小为优化目标时,悬置系统总受力降低了7.8%,并且主要方向的解耦率大于90%,满足目标要求。A powertrain mounting system of a pickup truck is taken as the research object.In order to solve the problem of vibration and noise of the vehicle,the optimal design of the mounting system is carried out.A simplified model of the powertrain mounting system is established based on the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS,and its inherent characteristics are calculated,including natural frequency,decoupling rate and vibration mode.It is proved that when the dynamic reaction force is the minimum,the total load of mountings is reduced by 7.8%,and the decoupling rate in the main direction is more than 90%,which satisfies the target requirement.
