基于过程意义的高等教育负向功能的解释和规避

摘　　要：教育过程是否公平是当前研究高等教育公平必须面对的问题。研究过程意义上的高等教育功能发挥需要首先对高等教育正负向功能的内涵进行解释,指出负向功能是高等教育中不可忽视的功能存在;继而关注到我国高等教育负向功能的发展趋势,借鉴布尔迪厄文化再生产理论建立高等教育过程与负向功能的分析框架,将惯习、资本、权力符号和再生产要素与知识学习、社会实践与人际交往建立纵横指标结构;最后提出高等教育负向功能的规避来自于高等教育观念的更新,政策制度的合理调整和高等教育自身的结构调整。Whether the educational process is fair or not is a problem that must be faced in the process of studying higher education equity.Firstly,we should explain the connotation of positive and negative function of higher education in the process of research,and pointing out the negative function is the functional existence that can't be ignored in higher education.Then,it pays close attention to the development trend of the negative function of China's higher education,and builds an analytical framework of the process and negative functions of higher education through Bourdieu's theory of cultural reproduction,which combines the habitus,capital,power symbols and reproduction factors with knowledge learning,social practice,and interpersonal communication to establish a vertical and horizontal index structure.Finally,the evasion of the negative functions of higher education comes from the renewal of the concept of higher education,the rational adjustment of the policy system,and the structural adjustment of higher education itself.
