摘　　要：工匠精神表现为专业精神、职业态度、人文素养三者的统一,其内涵不断丰富。工匠精神彰显了职业教育的特色与品质,职业教育也促进工匠精神的培育和弘扬。将工匠精神融入职业院校校园文化,是一个长期而渐变的过程,是将传统的敬业、勤劳、朴实、吃苦耐劳等校园文化与工匠精神结合。工匠精神是职业教育重要的人才培养目标之一,是推动职业院校校园文化建设的重要力量。Craftsmanship spirit is the unity of professional spirit,professional attitude and humanistic quality,whose connotation is continuously enriched.Craftsmanship spirit shows the characteristics and quality of vocational education.Vocational education also promotes the cultivation and promotion of craftsmanship spirit.Integrating craftsmanship spirit into campus culture of vocational colleges is a long and gradual process,which combines traditional dedication,hard work,simplicity,endurance and other campus culture with craftsmanship spirit.Craftsmanship spirit is one of the important talent training objectives of vocational education,which is an important force to promote the construction of campus culture of vocational colleges.
