摘　　要：加强专业教学团队和科研团队的建设是提升教育教学质量和科研水平的重要方面。文章主要以计算机科学与技术专业为依托,通过教育理论层面和操作执行层面策略与措施的研究,进一步探索普通高校教学科研团队建设的途径和方法,为教学科研团队的建设提供参考和借鉴。Strengthening the construction of professional teaching team and research team is an important aspect to enhance education teaching quality and research level.This paper is based on computer science and technology,through the theory of education level and operation level strategies and measures of research,to further explore the ways and methods of teaching and research team building in common colleges and universities,providing a reference for the construction of the teaching and research team.
