白茶对糖尿病模型小鼠降血糖作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究不同原料来源白茶的降血糖效果及机理。方法:以黄大茶水提物作为参比,探究白毫银针、白牡丹及寿眉水提物对高脂高糖饲料结合链脲霉菌素注射致糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖、葡萄糖耐量、HOMA稳态模型及血清转氨酶的影响,并用q PCR测定小鼠肝脏中糖代谢相关基因的表达水平。结果:白毫银针、白牡丹、寿眉及黄大茶水提物均具有降低小鼠血糖的功效,其血糖下降率分别为21.7%、27.3%、34.8%和25.1%,并且均可增加小鼠糖耐量,改善HOMA。四种茶叶水提物均使TXNIP和Foxo1的表达量下调,寿眉水提物显著上调GLUT4的表达量。结论:三种白茶均对糖尿病有一定治疗作用,其中多叶型茶寿眉降糖作用最为明显。【Objective】To explore the hypoglycemic effect and mechanism of the white tea of different sources of raw materials.【Method】With Huang Dacha water extracts as control,the effects of Baihao Yinzhen,Bai Mudan and Shoumei water extracts on blood glucose,glucose tolerance,homeostasis model and serum transaminase on diabetic model mice induced by high fat and glucose with streptozotocin were studied.Differential expression of glucose metabolism related genes of liver in mice were also determined.【Result】The tea water extracts of Baihao Yinzhen,Bai Mudan,Shoumei and Huang Dacha could obviously decrease blood glucose,improve glucose tolerance and homeostasis model assessment,and the reduction rates of blood glucose in mice were 21.7%,27.3%,34.8%and 25.1%,respectively.In addition,the expression of TXNIP and Foxo1 were down-regulated by four kinds of tea water extracts,and Shoumei tea water extracts could obviously up-regulate the expression levels of GLUT4.【Conclusion】Three kinds of white tea water extracts can certain relieve diabetes.Shoumei tea water extracts show obvious anti-hyperglycemic efficacy.
