摘　　要：教育是"把一切事物交给一切人类的全部艺术",随着"核心素养"思想的不断深入,人们越来越关注对教育教学的美学思考,并对如何从审美的角度来把握教育活动尤其是班级管理的现代教育教学艺术进行了新认识。作为教育工作者尤其是班主任,能否明确认识到"教育教学艺术"的含义、特征以及它的重要性,对于班级管理起着十分重要的作用。Education is the art of giving everything to all human beings.With the deepening of the thought of"core accomplishment",people pay more and more attention to the aesthetic thinking of education and teaching.It also leads to a new understanding of the modern education and teaching art that people grasp educational activities especially class management from an aesthetic point of view.As an educator,especially a head teacher,whether we can clearly recognize the meaning of"education and teaching art"and its characteristics as well as its importance play a very important role in class management.
