机械制造与自动化专业人才培养需求的调查研究

摘　　要：以武汉城市职业学院机械制造与自动化专业为例,基于集团化办学模式下,对机械装备制造企业以及在校机械制造与自动化专业学生开展调查研究,调查了现阶段企业岗位需求、人才需求、对本专业毕业生满意度、本专业课程设置情况以及满意度;同时调查了机械制造与自动化专业学生的自我认识、专业认识、对教师教学满意度以及机电工程学院实训条件满意度。根据调查结果提出三方校-企-生之间存在的认识偏差,为机械制造与自动化专业人才培养提供参考价值。taking mechanical manufacturing and automation major of Wuhan Urban Career College as an example,based on collectivization school running mode,the article carries on investigation of students of mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprises and school of mechanical manufacturing and mechanical manufacturing and automation major on campus(which should be in full and identical,if necessary for short form,full expression should be illustrated for the first time).Investigation includes enterprise position demand at present stage,talent demand,satisfaction for graduates of the major,curriculum arrangement and satisfaction;and self conciousness,major knowledge,satisfaction for teaching and training conditions of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering School of mechanical manufacturing and automation students.According to survey result,the article suggests there is cognitive deviations between three parties:college-enterprises– students,to provide reference value for talents training of mechanical manufacturing and automation.
