摘 要:船舶轴系运行状态与轴承油膜动力学特性变化密切相关,其中艉轴承设计间隙直接影响船舶轴承油膜力特性参数的大小。以轴系轴承油膜刚度系数为研究目标,根据有限长轴承数学模型,以艉轴承设计间隙为变量,运用理论分析和数值仿真方法分析船舶艉轴承设计间隙对轴系轴承的影响,并得出轴承刚度系数的变化规律和特点。The operation state of ship shafting is closely related to the change of dynamic characteristics of bearing oil film.The design clearance of stern bearing directly affects the characteristic parameters of the oil bearing film.The oil film stiffness coefficient of shaft bearing is taken as the research objective.According to the mathematical model of finite length bearing,the design clearance of stern bearing is taken as a variable.The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method are used to analyze the influence of the design clearance of the stern bearing on the shaft bearing.The changing rule and characteristics of the bearing stiffness coefficient are obtained.
