清肝解毒汤联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究清肝解毒汤联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)的效果。方法选择我院2015年4月~2016年4月收治的单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者78例,按照入院顺序分为对照组与研究组各39例。对照组采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗,研究组再此基础上给与清肝解毒汤加减治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效与复发情况。结果研究组92.31%临床总有效率显著优于对照组71.79%,且研究组半年与1年的复发情况均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论清肝解毒汤加减联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗HSK,临床疗效较高,明显改善患者视力,缩短治疗时间,减少治疗次数,减少治疗费用,并且安全性较高,改善临床的复发情况。Objective To study the clinical effect of Qing Gan Jie Du Decoction of TCM and Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel in the treatment of HSK(herpes simplex keratitis).Methods 78 HSK patients treated from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the registration number,39 cases each group.The control group took the Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel;on the basis of the former,the study group took the Qing Gan Jie Du Decoction of TCM.The clinical effect and recurrence rate was compared.Results The total effective rate for study group(92.31%)was significantly higher than control group(71.79%);the recurrence rate within 6m and 1y for study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Qing Gan Jie Du Decoction of TCM and Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel can improve the clinical effect and visual acuity,shorten the treatment time,reduce the treatment frequency and costs,increase the clinical safety and decrease the recurrence rate.
