摘  要:笔者基于人工神经网络学习原理,针对于聋哑人发声问题进行系统工作原理和商业可行性研究。同步翻译软件可通过动作捕捉与采集聋哑人手语内容,并同步进行语音转换,解决聋哑人在实际交往中的发声问题,让不懂手语的人也能自如和聋哑人进行沟通交流。该系统不仅具备商业价值,同时凸显社会公益价值,通过架起聋哑人士与外界沟通的桥梁,打破了传统沟通的屏障,使语言残障人士能够更好融入社会。Based on the learning principle of artificial neural network,the author begins with the study of working principle and commercial feasibility in deaf-mute voice problems.The simultaneous translation software captures the deaf mute language content and turns the action into voice messages synchronously.It solves the real communication problem of deaf people talking with people who do not know sign language.Moreover,it can not only have commercial value,but also bring public benefit value.By setting up a bridge for deaf mutes to communicate with the outside world,the barrier of traditional communication is broken,and the language disabled people can better integrate into society.
