摘  要:为同时检测酒精性饮料中的氨基甲酸甲酯(MC)和氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)含量,采用固相萃取方式对酒样进行前处理,D5-氨基甲酸乙酯为内标,使用气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS)定量测定含量。结果表明,在10~400μg/L范围内,EC的线性相关系数为0.9996,MC的相关系数为0.9961,二者检出限均为10μg/L,MC加标回收率为103%~108%,RSD为0.50%;EC加标回收率为96%~104%,RSD为3.79%;方法准确性良好。MC含量测定结果RSD为3.0%,EC含量测定结果RSD为2.0%,方法精密度良好。抽样检验结果表明,白酒中未检出MC,其他酒精性饮料均含有一定量的MC和EC。In order to measure the content of methyl carbamate(MC)and ethyl carbamate(EC)in alcoholic beverage,the sample was treated with solid phase extraction and D5-ethyl carbamate as internal standard,then the MC and EC contents were determined by GC-MS.The results suggested that the linear correlation coefficients of EC and MC were 0.9996 and 0.996 1,within the concentration range of 10-400ug/L.The limits of detection were both 10ug/L,the adding standard recovery of MC was 103%-108%,with relative standard deviation(RSD)0.50%;and the adding standard recovery of EC was 96%-104%,with RSD 3.79%,and the method showed good accuracy.The RSD of MC and EC content determination was 3.0%and 2.0%,respectively,and the method showed good precision.The results of sampling test showed that MC was not detected in Baijiu,but results showed that other alcoholic beverage had certain amount of MC and EC.
