摘 要:目的探讨PM教学法在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2015年5月~2016年4月在我院实习的护理学生80名分为试验组和对照组,每组40人,试验组采用PM教学法,对照组采用常规师带徒教学法,分别比较两组实习护生的理论成绩、操作考核成绩、患者满意度和护生对带教老师满意度。结果试验组实习护生的考核成绩及满意度调查结果均优于对照组。结论 PM教学法是一种较为有效的临床护理实习带教方法,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of PM teaching method in clinical nursing teaching.Methods From May 2015 to April 2016,80 nursing students were enrolled in our hospital.The experimental group and control group were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with PM teaching method.The control group was treated with conventional pedagogy,Respectively,compared the two groups of practice nursing students theoretical results,operational assessment results,patient satisfaction and nursing students to teach teachers satisfaction.Results The results of the examination and satisfaction of the nursing students were better than those of the control group.Conclusion PM teaching method is a more effective method of clinical nursing practice,worthy of clinical promotion.
