学校领导因素对双语教育政策绩效的影响研究——基于四川省甘孜藏族自治州的调查

摘　　要：以四川省甘孜藏族自治州双语教师为研究对象,通过问卷的形式对影响甘孜州藏汉双语教育政策绩效因素中的学校领导因素进行调查和研究,分析得出影响该地区双语教育政策绩效的学校领导因素为:双语教育目标的制定与执行、领导对双语教学的支持和领导的专业能力。双语教育政策绩效既要受到学校领导因素的影响,同时,各因素间又相互呼应及配合,长年进行后,双语教育必可收到良好的成效。Taking the bilingual teachers in the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze in Sichuan Province as the research object,this article investigates and studies the school leadership factors affecting the peifomiance of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual education by questionnaire.It is concluded that the leading factors affecting the performance of bilingual education policy in this region are the formulation and implementation of bilingual education goals,the support of leaders to bilingual teaching and the professional ability of leadership.The peiformance of bilingual education policy should be influenced by the school leader.At the same time,each factor should be mutually echoed and cooperated with each other.After a period of time,the policy of Tibetan bilingual education will receive good results.
