摘  要:本文在直面我国外语教学中存在的问题时强调,只有创建良好的外语语言环境,才能有效促进外语习得的进程。针对如何创建良好的外语语言环境这个问题,文章介绍了丽江师专十三年以来的风雨历程:从英力克习得模式的提出和实施之初的运作,到英力克英语口语课程的设置,再到之后CBI课程体系改革、英力克专业实践周的设置、民族文化教学内容的引入、网络移动教学手段的应用,直到电子游戏引入英语课堂教学等等。作者最后指出,外语教学必须十分重视创建真实的语言运用环境,唯有真学真用方能掌握真本领。Facing the general high-investment-but-low-outcome problem in foreign language teaching in China,the paper emphasizes that students’foreign language competence can only be truly developed in a proper language environment.In order to construct a good English language environment,Lijiang Teachers College has been constantly carrying out various measures for 13 years.They proposed EANLIC Model and practiced it,then set up EANLIC Oral English Course and EANLIC Professional Practice Weeks to make it sustainable.Later,they struck up CBI Curricula reform,included ethnic cultures,video games,mobile phones and IT into their classroom teaching.Toward the end,the paper points out that in foreign language teaching,a real environment should be constructed so that the students can really learn what they need in their real life,and only in this way can they truly master the language and improve their overall competence.
