摘  要:从教学与科研两大主要职能出发,认为协调高校与教师个人的发展是建立教师绩效评价体系的主要目的。提出了以自由选择教学和设定科研权重来平衡教学和科研矛盾的观点,并通过引入反馈指标来完善教师绩效评价体系的质量监控和提高功能。另外,从数量与质量两个维度构建有利于教师特长发展的教师绩效评价体系。运用量与质相结合、质量优先原则及AHP层次分析法得出教学和科研各指标权重,以及便于教师个人绩效横向和纵向对比的评价指标计量方法。Coordinating the development of college/university and teachers is the main purpose of a teacher performance evaluation system.Based on the two main functions,teaching and scientific research,with a free choice of their weights,a characteristics-development-oriented teacher performance evaluation system is constructed by using the AHP method from the two dimensions of quantity and quality.Using the combination of quantity and quality,the principle of quality priority,and the AHP method,the weights of each index of teaching and scientific research are obtained.This method is convenient for the measurement of the evaluation index of teachers individual performance in both horizontal and vertical directions.
