摘　　要：高职教育已经成为我国高等教育的半壁江山,高职院校的班主任是学生管理工作的一支生力军,本文依据高职特色,分享了高职院校新生班主任工作的实践与思考。The higher vocational education has become half of Chinese higher education,higher vocational colleges is the teacher in charge of the student management work of a powerhouse,this paper based on the characteristics,the authors share the practice of higher vocational college freshman class teacher work and thinking.
