摘  要:应用型人才培养背景对地方高校大型设备的教学提出了更高的要求。结合台州学院材料类专业磁控溅射镀膜实验教学的经验,提出了充分利用各个实践环节,分阶段多次安排实验,通过合理设置各阶段实验内容并有针对性进行考核,达到在应用型人才培养背景下让学生充分掌握该项技能的目的。这套方案可以借鉴到其他大型设备的实验教学改革上,克服大型设备教学不能充分应用到学生技能培养所面临的问题。The cultivation of Applied Talents in local colleges and universities background of large equipment teaching put forward higher requirements.With the specialty of magnetron sputtering experiment teaching materials of Taizhou University class experience,put forward to make full use of each link of practice,many stages for experiment,by reasonably setting the experimental contents of each stage and assessment targeted to under the background of training to enable students to fully master the skills to applied talents.This program can be reference to the experimental teaching reform of other large equipment,large equipment can not fully overcome teaching should use students'skills training problems.
