摘　　要：高职院校团支部是共青团组织的重要组成部分,同时也是高职院校思想政治教育的重要领地。在新形势下,充分发挥基层团支部的职能作用,能够有效推动德育建设取得良好的效果,最大限度的提升学生的整体思想素质。当前高职院校团支部职能还存在诸多需要完善的地方,必须要引起重视。本文将对此展开深入的分析及探究,全面阐述提升团支部职能的具体路径和策略,从而推动高校学生思想素质教育能够取得显著的成效。Youth League Branch of higher vocational colleges is a very important component of the Communist Youth League,it is also an important territory for the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges.In the new situation,it plays the functions of the school league branch,it can promote the moral education construction effectively to achieve good results,and improve the overall ideological quality of students.At present,there are many aspects that need to be improved in the functional construction of youth league branch in higher vocational colleges.In this paper,we will carry out in-depth analysis and exploration,to set forth the specific strategies of improving its path from the perspective of its function,which can achieve remarkable results in the construction of ideological quality of college students.
