导生制在心血管内科护生带教中的效果评价

摘  要:目的:观察"导生制"带教模式在心血管内科护理专业实习生临床教学中的效果。方法:选取进入我科实习的某校2009级和2010护理专业本科生,2009级采用传统教学方法,2010级采用导生制分层分组教学方法,比较两组实习生实习两个月后的出科考核成绩,同时对2010级实习生发放调查问卷,了解学生对导生的评价。结果:2009级、2010级实习生出科考核成绩分别为73.53±3.61分和84.24±4.31分,组间比较显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查显示,导生制的应用对提高实习生临床实习的适应性、强化护理专业思想、掌握护理操作技能等多个方面具有明显帮助。结论:"导生制"带教方式能提高护生临床实践能力,为临床护理带教提供了一种有效的教学模式,值得在教学中推广应用。Object:to evaluate the effect of tutor system in clinical training of nursing trainee in cardiovascular medicine department.Method:undergraduate nursing students of grade 2009 and grade 2010 who conduct their clinical training in our department were enrolled.The students of grade 2009 were taught by traditional method,and the students of grade 2010 were taught by tutor system.The examination score was compared between the two groups.And questionnaires about the evaluation of tutor systemwere collected in students of grade 2010.Result:the mean score of the two groups were 73.53±3.61 and 84.24±4.31respectively.There has significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).According to the invasion,the tutor system is helpful to promote the adaptability,strengthen the professional value and improve professional skills of nursing trainee.Conclusion:the tutor system can improve clinical practice skills of nursing trainee,which provides an effective teaching model in nursing training.And it is worth to be popularized.
