摘　　要：药物化学是制药工程、药物制剂、药学等专业的核心课程。如何激发学生学习的主动性及对新药研发的兴趣、提高课堂教学质量、培养符合社会需求的制药企业人才,一直是药物化学教学所面临的重要问题。本文在如何引进新药研发前沿成果、丰富教学内容、引导学生以"学"为主、激发学生学习主动性、建立良好的师生互动、学生互动、增强其团队沟通协作能力、理论结合实践教学、培养大学生综合素质与创新思维等方面做了较为详细的叙述。Medicinal Chemistry is the core curriculum of pharmaceutical engineering,pharmaceutical preparation and pharmacy.How to stimulate students'learning initiative and interest in new drug research and development,improve the quality of classroomteaching,cultivate talents that meet the demand of pharmaceutical enterprises is a serious problem faced by medicinal chemistry course teaching.In this article,some methods were presented to enrich the content of courses,develop the student-oriented classroom teaching,stimulate students'learning initiative,establish good interactions between teachers and students,strengthen the team cooperation ability,cultivate students'comprehensive quality and innovative thought.
