摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础、情景模拟式教学、以案例为基础的多元化教学模式在神经外科ICU住院医师规范化培训教学中的作用。方法选取2016~2017年神经外科ICU规培的住院医师共45人作为实验组,进行多元化教学模式教学;选取2014~2015年神经外科ICU规培的医师36人作为对照组,进行传统教学模式教学。通过成绩考核和问卷调查分析教学效果。结果实验组的考核成绩(理论考试、体格检查、诊疗操作、服务质量及总成绩)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的问卷调查各项得分也均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科ICU的住院医师规范化培训教学中应用多元化教学模式能显著提高教学效果。Objective To explore the function of diversified teaching model,which are problem-based learning,situational simulation teaching and case-based learning in standardized training for residents in Department of Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit(NICU).Methods A total of 45 residents in the Department of NICU from 2016 to 2017 were taught in the experimental group,and the diversified teaching mode was carried out.As the control group,the traditional teaching mode was carried out in 36 residents from 2014 to 2015.The teaching effect was analyzed through examination results and questionnaire survey.Results The examination results of the experimental group(theoretical examination,physical examination,diagnosis and treatment operation,service quality and total scores)were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the questionnaire in the experimental group were also higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified teaching mode in the standardized training of residents in NICU can significantly improve the teaching effect.
