摘　　要：职业教育与产业协同发展融合机制的创新是现代职教体系建设的基本要求,创新产教融合机制是职业院校、政府、企业共同面临的挑战。分析产教融合机制的内涵与特征,从机制、模式、内容等方面创新融合机制的对策与路径,可以为湖南职教与产业协同发展提供新的思路。The innovation of convergence mechanism between vocational education and industrial coordination development is the basic requirement of modern vocational education system construction,and also is the challenge to face for vocational colleges,government and enterprises.The connotation of the integration of production and education mechanism and its characteristics are analyzed in this paper,also some countermeasures and paths to innovate integration mechanism from the aspects of mechanism,mode and content are put forward,meanwhile,so as to provide a new guide for the coordinated development between vocational education and industry in Hunan.
