农林院校产教融合服务乡村振兴战略的探索与实践

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手,农林院校是推动乡村振兴的重要力量,必须充分认识自身的使命、职责和服务乡村振兴战略的内在意义。农林院校要围绕科教兴农主线,积极推进办学体制机制创新,优化专业结构和办学布局,深化人才培养模式改革,合作共建协同育人平台载体,强化科技集成创新和示范推广,建设专家服务队伍,把产教融合贯穿服务乡村振兴的全过程,为乡村振兴有力提供了智力支持、科技支撑和服务保障。The rural revitalization strategy serves as a starting-point for the three rural issues endeavor in China in the new era and agricultural and forestry universities should act as important forces to boost the rural revitalization effort with their strong sense of responsibilities and tacit understanding of their roles in the effort.Taking the development of agriculture through science as their main line of work,they should carry forward the innovation and reform on their educational management under new systems,optimize the disciplinary structure and educational program setup,and deepen the talent cultivation patterns reform.They should establish a concerted talent cultivation platform with joint efforts,strengthen the intensive technology innovation and extension service and build a strong team of service experts.The production and teaching integration effort should be made throughout the whole process of serving the cause of rural revitalization in a role of technical supporter,intellec?tual advisor and service provider.
