摘 要:十九大报告为我国农林高校改革与建设指明了新方向,同时也为农林高校学科发展创造了重要机遇。但是传统农林高校面临严重瓶颈制约,难以满足国家和社会提出的新要求。积极发展"新农科",实现转型跨越,着力解决国家"三农"问题,成为农林高校当前及以后必须探索和解决的重要议题。通过对农林高校存在问题、承担使命以及"新农科"内涵等内容的研究,提出加强"新农科"建设必须扎根中国大地,积极服务国家"三农"建设;充分利用现代信息技术改造升级传统农科;准确研判现代农业发展态势,及时更新"新农科"研究内容,改革教育教学方法;加强成果转移转化,激发"新农科"建设的内生动力;积极打造农业命运共同体,全面提升服务全球农业发展的能力。The nineteenth reports of the Communist Party of China put forward a new and important mission for the reform and construction of agricultural and forestry universities,which has created important opportunities for the discipline development in agricultural and forestry universities.However,traditional agricultural and forestry universities are facing serious bottlenecks-the difficulty to meet the new demands of the state and society.We should actively develop Neo-Agriculture Education,realize the transition and make efforts to solve the"Three Rural"problems in the country.It is an important and long-term problem to be explored and solved by agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.Based on the research on the problems,missions and contents of Neo-Agriculture Education in agriculture and forestry universities,this paper puts forward some suggestions:We must take root on the Chinese land and actively serve the country's"Three Rural"construction,make full use of modern information technology to upgrade traditional agriculture,accurately judge the development trend of modern agriculture,update the contents of new agricultural research in a timely manner,and reform teaching methods.Besides,we should strengthen the transformation of research achievements,and stimulate the endogenous driving force of new agricultural science construction.Still,we should actively build a community of common agricultural destiny and comprehensively enhance the ability to serve the global agricultural development.
