中职生父亲教养方式、心理弹性与心理健康的关系研究  

A Study on the Relationship among Paternal Nurturing Styles, Mental Resilience and Mental Health of Secondary Vocational School Students

摘　　要：为探讨中职生父亲教养方式、心理弹性与心理健康的关系,本研究在湘南、湘北、湘中、湘西、湘东地区各抽取1所中职学校,共800名一、二、三年级学生被试,对其实施测青少年心理弹性量表(RSCA)、父母教养方式量表(EMBU)、心理健康量表(SCL-90),结果分析显示,中职生父亲教养方式、心理弹性与心理健康两两之间存在显著的相关关系,父亲教养方式中情感温暖、理解维度与心理弹性和心理健康呈显著正相关,而拒绝否认、严厉与惩罚、过度保护与二者呈显著负相关,心理弹性与心理健康呈正相关;中职生的心理弹性在父亲教养方式的情感温暖、理解维度上对心理健康有着完全中介作用,在严厉与惩罚、保护、拒绝维度上起部分中介作用。In order to probe into the relationship among paternal nurturing styles,mental resilience and mental health,this study investigates total 800 students of grade one,two and three which were selected from a secondary vocational school in southern Hunan,Northern Hunan,central Hunan,western Hunan and eastern Hunan respectively,using the Resilience Scale for Chines Adolescents(RSCA),the Egma Minnen Bardnosna Uppforstran(EMBU)and the Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90).The results show that:1)There is a marked correlation between each pair of these three elements,i.e.paternal nurturing styles,mental resilience and mental health;2)Emotional warmth and understanding dimensions in parenting styles are positively correlated with mental resilience and mental health,however,the elements of denial,severity and punishment,and over-protection are negatively correlated with those;3)There is a positive correlation between mental resilience and mental health;4)Mental resilience of secondary vocational school students has a complete mediating effect on their mental health in paternal nurturing styles'dimension of emotional warmth and understanding,while it plays a partial intermediary role in the dimension of severity and punishment,protection and denial.
