摘 要:目的:通过meta分析的方法探究国内外生物活性肽对肠黏膜免疫调节作用的相关文献,综合分析生物活性肽调节肠黏膜免疫作用机制以及对机体肠黏膜结构的综合影响,从而能为生物活性肽对机体肠黏膜免疫健康的促进作用提供有力根据。方法:应用计算机在扬州大学图书馆检索数据库包括万方数据库、SCI、CNKI数据库、Web of Science、EBSCO等,收集国内外关于生物活性肽对肠黏膜免疫作用的研究,根据生物活性肽对SIg A的浓度变化以及对肠绒毛长度和隐窝深度影响的指标数据,将筛选出符合的文献进行数据的合并处理,并利用Stata SE12.0进行meta分析。结果:经过文献检索与筛选,共找到相关文献21篇,其中有10篇有效文献符合meta分析要求,得到总的样本量为196,meta分析结果表明:在肠黏膜免疫功能和结构的研究中,对于SIg A浓度变化指标,[SMD=2.643,95%CI=(2.003,3.282),P<0.05];对于肠绒毛长度/隐窝深度(V/C)指标,[SMD=2.701,95%CI=(1.891,3.512),P<0.05],说明实验组与对照组间的差异具有统计学意义。结论:生物活性肽对肠道SIg A有一定促分泌作用,同时能够增加肠绒毛长度改善肠黏膜结构。因而在促进肠黏膜免疫、改善肠道黏膜结构、减少肠道有害菌群数量和增强肠道生物屏障方面,生物活性肽具有一定的积极作用。Objective:To investigate the immunoregulatory effects of bioactive peptides on intestinal mucosa at home and abroad by meta-analysis,and to analyze the mechanism of bioactive peptides to regulate intestinal mucosal immune function and the combined effect of intestinal mucosal structure Effectively for the bioactive peptides on the body's intestinal mucosal immune health promotion to provide a strong basis.And ultimately through the application of bioactive peptides to improve intestinal flora,intestinal mucosal immune to enhance the purpose of promoting the health of the body.Methods:The database of Yangzhou University Library,including Wanfang database,SCI,CNKI database,Web of Science and EBSCO,was used to search the database of bioactive peptides.The bioactive peptides were used to study the effect of bioactive peptides on SIgA Concentration changes and the impact of intestinal length and crypt depth of the index data,will be screened to meet the literature for data processing,and the use of StataSE12.0 meta analysis.Results:21 literatures were searched and screened.Among them,10 valid literatures met meta-analysis requirements,and the total sample size was 196.The meta-analysis showed that in the study of intestinal mucosal immune function and structure,For SMG=2.643,95%CI=(2.003,3.282),P<0.05];for intestinal villus length/crypt depth(V/C),[SMD=2.701,95%CI=(1.891,3.512),P<0.05),indicating that the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant.Conclusion:Bioactive peptides have a certain secretory effect on intestinal SIgA,and can increase the length of intestinal villus to improve intestinal mucosal structure.Therefore,bioactive peptides have a positive effect in promoting intestinal mucosal immunity,improving intestinal mucosal structure,reducing the number of harmful intestinal flora and enhancing intestinal barrier.
