关于教师预期社会化下的师范教育生态化

摘  要:师范生在师范院校接受教育的过程就是教师预期社会化过程。从我国师范生预期社会化程度来看,师范生预期社会化仍存在着许多问题:教师职业价值内化程度低、教师职业规范认同感低、教师职业性格不完善等。笔者反思师范教育现状,从教育生态化视角,提出关于师范生预期社会化的几点思考。The process of normal college students'acceptance of education in normal colleges is the process of teachers'expectation of socialization.From the perspective of expected socialization of normal school students,there are still many problems in the expectation socialization of normal students:the low degree of internalization of teachers'professional values,the low professional identity of teachers,and the imperfect of teachers'professional character.The author rethinks the current situation of normal education,and puts forward some thoughts on the expected socialization of normal students from the perspective of education ecology.
