摘　　要：中医师承教育是中医药人才培养的重要模式,也是传承中医药学术思想、临床经验和学术专长的有效方式。中医院校附属医院是中医师承教育的重要平台,分析中医院校附属医院中医师承教育的现状和存在问题,在充分发挥中医院校附属医院优质资源前提下,从跟师学习方式、医德教育、师承教育质量监管、师承教育资源平台等方面探索中医师承教育模式。TCM apprentice education is an important mode of personnel training in medicine,and is an effective way to academic thought,clinical experience and academic expertise heritage.The affiliated hospital of TCM colleges is an important platform for Chinese medical practitioners to traditional Chinese medicine apprentice education.The present situation and existing problems of the education of Chinese doctors in affiliated hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine schools was analyzed.Under the premise of high-quality resources,we explore TCM apprentice mode of education in terms of learning with the teacher,ethics education,quality education studying under supervision under the tutelage of educational resources platform.
