摘  要:青年教师作为中医儿科学教育的生力军,针对其教学能力的培养工作至关重要。本文对中医儿科学青年教师教学能力培养进行介绍,结合教研室实际开展的工作,从中医儿科学专业文化学习,教学基本功的培训,对外活动的实施,体现中医儿科特色以及教学革新探索等五个方面进行论述。As a new force in the education of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,it is very important for young teachers to cultivate their teaching ability.This paper introduced the method of cultivation of teaching ability for young teachers of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on what was practiced in our teaching and researching section,this paper proposes ideas from five aspects:learning full knowledge of Chinese pediatrics,training their basic teaching skills,participating academic activities for experience exchange or learning,strengthening the characteristics of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine and the exploration of teaching innovation.
