蒙台梭利的幼儿园管理思想研究

摘　　要：蒙台梭利在罗马贫民区创办的幼儿园教育效果非常好,其幼儿教育方法得以广泛传播,但管理思想受到人们的忽视。她对幼儿园管理的核心思想体现在四个方面:教师是幼儿园的根本;规章制度是幼儿园运转的保障;环境是吸引小孩学习的场所;发挥幼儿园的社会功能。从她的管理思想中获得的启示有:社会效益放在首位;重视对学生家庭的管理;以人为本,兼顾各方利益。Education effect of the kindergartens establish by Montessori was very good in Rome slums.Her preschool education method was widely spread.However,her management thought was ignored.The core ideas of Her kindergarten management was embodied in four aspects:The teacher is the root of the kindergarten.Rules guarantee the kindergarten’s functioning.The environment is the plice that attracts children to study.The kindergarten can play the social function.The revelation fromher management thought is social effects in the first place,paying attention to students'family management,taking into account the interests of each side for people first.
