摘　　要：探讨行动导向教学模式在中升本老年护理学实验教学中的应用,结合中升本学生专业技能的优势和特点,进行课程设置优化。该模式的构建充分体现了以学生为主体,以教师为主导的教学理念,是一种适合中升本学生特点的护理实验教学模式。To explore the application of action oriented teaching method in the promotion of undergraduate gerontological nursing experiment teaching in technical secondary school,and to optimize the curriculum by combining the advantages and characteristics of vocational skills in secondary vocational schools.The construction of this model fully embodies the student-centered and teacher-oriented teaching philosophy.It is a nursing experiment teaching model suitable for the promotion of undergraduate students in technical secondary schools.
