从中西医理论交叉联系论肾阳的免疫功能特性

摘　　要：肾阳是人体生命活动的原动力,可激发一身之阳气,为人体阳气之根本。肾阳具有温煦、蒸腾、推动、气化、防御等生理作用,涵盖现代医学免疫系统的免疫稳态、免疫防御、体质免疫等重要功能。本文从中医整体观与免疫系统、阴阳平衡与免疫稳态、正气学说与免疫防御及"肾为先天之本"理论与体质免疫方面论述中西医免疫理论之间的联系,并结合肾阳虚的现代免疫物质基础研究进展,进一步阐述肾阳的功效与免疫功能的关系,从中西医免疫理论的交叉联系角度阐释肾阳的免疫功能特性,为探索中医理论的科学内涵作铺垫。Kidney-yang is the initial motive power of activities of human life.It can stir up yang qi all over the body,and thus known as the fundamental material source of yang qi in whole human body.The functions of kidney-yang are warming,transpiration,promoting,qi transformation,defense activities and so on,which cover the basic roles of modern immune system including immune homeostasis,immune defense,constitutional immunity and so on.This article discussed the relationship between TCM and modern immunity theory from the aspects of TCM holistic concept and immune system,yin-yang balance and immune homeostasis,Zheng Qi theory and immune defense,and the theory of“kidney being congenital origin”and constitutional immunology.It also discussed the relationship between the efficacy of kidney-yang and immune functions based on recent research results on modern immunologic basis of kidney-yang deficiency,and expounded the immune function features of kidney-yang integrating TCM immunology to the function of modern immune system,which can lay groundwork for exploring the scientific connotation of TCM kidney-yang theory.
