知识经济条件下企业技术中心创新管理模式研究

摘　　要：技术中心是企业技术创新管理发展体系的重要组成部分,是企业长久创新发展的技术后盾。随着知识经济的发展,为了应对知识经济发展的冲击与挑战,企业技术中心的创新与管理模式需要进行相应改变。基于知识经济背景,分析了企业技术创新的相关理论基础,说明了两种传统企业技术中心管理模式,同时分析了其中的不足,并提出了改进策略。The technology center is an important part of the technological innovation management and development system of enterprises,and it is the technical support for the long-term innovation and development of enterprises.With the development of knowledge economy,in order to cope with the impact and challenge of the development of knowledge economy,the innovation and management mode of enterprise technology center needs to be changed accordingly.Therefore,this article is based on the knowledge economy background,analyzes the related theories of enterprise technology innovation,illustrates two kinds of traditional enterprise technology center management mode,at the same time analyzed the insufficiency,and proposed the improvement strategies.Combined with relevant cases,the application effect of enterprise technology center innovation management in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is verified.It is expected to improve the technical innovation ability of enterprises and optimize the management mode of enterprises.
