摘  要:目的:探索小脑幕切迹区周边主要静脉的分布走行,为临床、基础教学提供解剖学资料。方法:采用明胶-氧化铅标识技术进行血管标识,通过CT扫描及电脑数码三维成像技术对小脑幕切迹区深静脉进行测量与观察。结果:小脑幕切迹区周边主要静脉为大脑深静脉系统(Galen静脉系),由Galen大静脉、小Galen静脉、基底静脉及其各自的属支组成。小脑幕切迹的后间隙有大脑内静脉、基底静脉及属支。结论:临床上脑静脉瘤多发生于小脑幕切迹区,术前须了解大脑深静脉系与病灶的关系,制定个性化手术方案。Objective:To explore the distribution of main veins around the tentorial incisura area and provide anatomical data for clinical and basic teaching.Methods:The gelatin-lead oxide labeling technique was used for vascular identification,and the deep veins of the tentorial incisura area were measured and observed by CT scan and computer digital three-dimensional imaging technique.Results:The main veins around the tentorial incisura area were the deep cerebral vein system(Galen vein system),which were composed of the Galen vein,the small Galen vein,the basilar vein and their respective branches.The posterior space of the tentorial incisura included the internal cerebral veins,the basilar veins and the branches of the basilar vein.Conclusion:The clinical cerebral venous aneurysm usually occured in the tentorial incisura area and the relationship between the deep vein system of the brain and the focus should be understood before the operation,and the individualized design of the operation plan was made.
