荀子诚信思想的价值取向

摘　　要：通过对荀子32篇文献的研究,结果发现:其诚信思想体系是以"人之性恶"为哲学基础和道德假设建构起来的,具有社会普适性、政治目的性、礼义原则性、道德他律性和法律约束性等价值特性。荀子诚信思想在具体的价值取向上,主要从个人修养、行业规范、社会安定和国家治理四个维度展开,突出强调诚信是完善个人修养的基础,是君子人格必备的品质,是维持社会政治稳定的前提,是选拨人才的条件,是军事胜利的保障,也是各行各业的道德准则。荀子诚信思想在当代依然具有现实价值和借鉴意义:它是构建社会诚信大厦的根基,是加强公民道德建设的源泉,是建立社会公俗良序的保障,也是开展大学生道德教育的重要资源。Through the study of 32 pieces of Xunzi's historical documents,the author found out that"human nature is evil"is the philosophical foundation and the moral hypothesis of Xunzi's integrity thought system.It has the characteristics of social universality,political purpose,etiquette principles,moral heteronomy and legal binding.On the specific value orientation,Xunzi's integrity thought is mainly based on four dimensions:personal cultivation,industry standard,social stability and state governance.He emphasized that honesty is the foundation of improving personal accomplishment,the essential character of a gentleman's personality,the condition for the selection of talents,the guarantee of military victory and the moral code of all walks of life.Xunzi's integrity thought still has realistic value and reference significance in the contemporary era.It is the foundation of building social integrity system,the source of strengthening the moral construction of citizens,the guarantee of establishing public order and an important resource to carry out moral education for college students.
