摘　　要：随着医药企业的快速发展,社会对药学专业技能型人才的需求日益增加,而高职高专院校的职责正是培养专业技能人才。要培养学生专业技能素质,在强化专业技能训练之前先要夯实他们的专业理论基础。作为药学专业基础课程,有机化学的教学显得越来越重要。为促进高职高素质药学专业人才培养,提高有机化学的教学效率,对该类专业有机化学教学现状进行分析,并探讨提高教学效率的具体措施。With the rapid development of pharmaceutical enterprises,the demand for professional talents of Pharmacy is increasing,while it is a function for the higher vocational colleges to cultivate professional talents.In order to cultivate students professional skills,it is necessary to strengthen students professional theoretical basis before strengthening professional skills training.In order to promote the high quality pharmaceutical professional talents training and improve the efficiency of the teaching of Organic Chemistry,the teaching status quo of the course was analyzed,and some measures to improve teaching efficiency were discussed.
