摘　　要：生产实习是八年制医学生本科教育培养阶段的重要环节,对于提高医学生解决临床实际问题的能力有很大作用,加强对八年制医学生生产实习管理是医学生培养过程的一项重要工作。本研究运用PDCA循环管理模式探索提高八年制医学生生产实习管理水平,分析生产实习管理过程中存在的问题和产生的原因,提出改进计划,制定相应措施,从而提高八年制医学生生产实习管理质量。Internship practice plays an important role in the 8-year M.D.students during the undergraduate education.In this research,PDCA(plan do check action)circulation theory is used to improve the management in 8-year M.D.students internship.Firstly,we analyze the problems and causes in the process of management.Secondly,we propose improvement plans and formulate corresponding measures.So as to improve the quality of internship of 8-year medical students.
