摘　　要：市场竞争和技术创新使得企业处于高度不确定性的内外部环境,高管团队(TMT)如何及时做出有效的战略选择对保持竞争优势显得尤为重要。基于相关文献,提出研究假设,将团队合作划分为任务合作和情感合作2个维度,构建TMT团队过程、团队合作对战略决策绩效的影响研究模型,同时将团队自反性引入团队合作和战略决策绩效的作用机制中。通过对232份高新技术企业TMT有效问卷样本进行实证分析,结果表明:TMT团队过程与战略决策绩效显著正相关;任务合作、情感合作在TMT团队过程与战略决策绩效的关系中起部分中介作用;团队自反性在任务合作、情感合作对战略决策绩效的关系中起调节作用。Market competition and technological innovation make the enterprise stay in a highly uncertain internal and external environment.It is particularly important for TMT to make effective strategic choices in time to maintain competitive advantage.Based on the relevant literature,this paper put forward the research hypothesis,divided the team cooperation into two dimensions:task cooperation and emotional cooperation,constructed the impact model of TMT team process,team cooperation on strategic decision-making performance,bringing the team reflexivity into the team cooperation and strategic decision-making performance mechanism of action.Through the empirical analysis of 232 high-tech TMT valid questionnaires,the results show that:there is a significant positive correlation between TMT team process and strategic decision-making performance;Task cooperation and emotional cooperation play a part of intermediary role in the relationship between TMT team process and strategic decision-making performance;Team reflexivity plays a mediating role in the relationship between task cooperation and emotional cooperation on the performance of strategic decision.
