摘　　要：教学管理信息化一直困扰国内高等院校教学管理部门,现行教务系统各种弊端不同程度阻碍教学管理工作的改革与发展。教务系统只有充分解构高等教育两个核心(资源建设和人才培养),实现数据的精细化、一体化,促进教育教学管理实现闭环,形成生态化大数据基础,实现人性化服务,才能保障教学改革良性开展、教育教学质量稳步提高。Teaching management informatization has been a constant concern for the teaching and management departments of higher education institutions.The current teaching system has various disadvantages which hinder the normal development of teaching management.Education teaching quality will be improved steadily,with full deconstruction of higher education management information system of two cores-resources construction and personnel training,with implementation of the data refinement and integration,with promotion of the education teaching management to achieve the closed-loop,with forming ecological big data base to guarantee appropriate teaching reform.
