摘　　要：我国已进入大数据时代,在当今时代,企业要想保证自身的发展,则需要展开信息化管理。基于此,笔者将分析大数据时代企业信息化管理中存在的问题,其中主要包括对大数据缺乏正确认知、企业信息化建设规划不完善、人力资源投入不够以及信息化管理数据存在安全隐患四方面内容。并研究大数据时代企业信息化管理问题的解决方案,其中主要包括正确认识大数据、制订完善的企业信息化管理规划、加大人力资源资金的投入以及保证企业信息化管理数据的安全性四方面内容。China has entered the era of big data.In today's era,enterprises need to develop information management if they want to ensure their own development.Based on this,the author will analyze the problems of enterprise information management in the era of big data,including the four aspects of the lack of correct cognition of big data,the imperfect planning of enterprise information construction,insufficient human resources investment and the hidden danger of information management data.And study the solution of the enterprise information management problems in the era of big data,including the four aspects:correct understanding of big data,making a perfect enterprise information management plan,increasing the investment of human resources and ensuring the security of enterprise information management data.
