摘 要:通过控制正极板高温高湿条件下的固化时间,制备出4种不同的铅酸蓄电池正极板,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、交流阻抗谱(EIS)、数学分析等方法研究和分析了正极板固化质量对正极板结构参数和电化学性能的影响。研究表明:正极板固化时间越短,活性物质中游离铅离子浓度越高,越难生成坚实的交联结构;当固化时间增加时,活性物质的再结晶占主导位置,正极板电化学阻抗显著减小。Four kinds of positive plates of lead acid batteries were prepared by controlling the curing time of the anode plate under high temperatures and high humidity conditions.The effects of curing quality on the structure and electrochemical properties of the cathode plate were studied by means of X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and AC impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The study results show that the shorter the curing time,the higher the concentration of free lead ion in the active material,and it is difficult to form a solid cross linked structure.When the curing time is increased,the recrystallization of the active substance is dominant,and the electrochemical impedance of the positive electrode is significantly decreased.
