摘  要:"HAI JIU 111"号救助拖轮两台主机选用瓦锡兰公司生产的W9L32型中速柴油机。在某次主机大修的过程中,两台主机的18个高压油泵均出现柱塞头部穴蚀严重的现象。经过分析、查找,穴蚀故障是由于燃油进机温度过高造成的。通过对该故障的分析,提出合理化的管理建议,防止类似故障发生。As a professional rescue tug,MV“HAI JIU 111”is powered by two sets of medium speed diesel engine,typed W9L32 and manufactured by WARTSILA.In the overhaul of the two engines,Cavity erosion is found on the surface of the eighteen plungers when dismantling all the injection pumps.After an overall check and working parameter analysis,it is concluded that cavity is resulted from the over-top temperature of the diesel oil.In this paper,suggestion of management is also presented,which can remind the operators of this case and reduce the occurrence of similar fault.
