浅谈北京市食品安全风险来源

摘  要:食品在人民的生活中占据重要部分,食品安全在现如今也是人类极为关注的问题,食品安全问题对于人类的健康会有很大的影响,因此食品安全的问题不容忽视。本文以北京市为调查对象,用随机调查的方法对北京市一些地区的食品进行统计,对食品安全的来源和认知现状进行分析,从食品类别、食品供应链、责任主体等因素进行分析,同时选择一些消费者做出统计、分析,并对统计结果从产业链环节、食品对人类最终造成的后果等元素探讨消费者对不同食品的担心原因,对于罗列出来的食品安全风险来源,针对这些具体风险来源的分析,之后在食品种类的选择、风险起源、责任主体、供应链环节等因素上给予一些良好的改进措施。Food safety is a very important problem for human beings.Food safety will have a great impact on human health,so the problem of food safety can not be ignored.In this paper,Beijing city is taken as the investigation object,the food of some selected areas in Beijing is counted by random investigation,the source and cognition of food safety are analyzed,and the factors such as food category,food supply chain and responsibility subject are analyzed,and some consumers are selected to make statistics and analysis.The reasons for consumers’concern about different food are discussed from the link of industrial chain and the consequences of food on human being.For the sources of food safety risk listed,the selection of food types,the origin of risk,the subject of responsibility,the link of supply chain,and the sources of the risk of food safety are analyzed.Some good improvement measures are given.
